BAIKA pieces are made in small batches and produced fresh, so we don’t always keep every size in stock. This isn’t a shortage; it’s part of their quality and uniqueness.
Production time
Preparation of pre-ordered products usually takes 2–5 weeks (depending on workload).
Payment
We don’t ask for a deposit—we send it via GLS once it’s ready, with payment on delivery by default (advance payment by bank transfer is available on request).
Exchange / withdrawal
You can also exchange a product you pre-ordered, and your statutory right of withdrawal also applies.
